the Renovation
It all begins with an idea, and for us, that was in the spring of 2021. After months of back and fourth, we entered into a contract fall of ’21, and officially purchased The Royal Pacific Theatre on December 7th. This page will document our renovation of the building as we transform the space into a multi-use event center.

The Royal Theatre LLC officially became the owner of 301 W St. Louis Street on December 7th 2021 after 8 months of deliberation.

Our goal is simple- revitalize through renovation. We believe bringing the wedding & event industry into the heart of Pacific will drive economic activity! Day & evening events, 7 days a week, will support locals while bringing in new visitors to town. Cornhole, movies, dancing, etc. are among the planned routine evening events.

Our Vision
4000+ Square foot of main floor space will provide ample room for lower level his and hers bathrooms on either side the entrance, a large open event floor, and storage room in the rear. A photography studio and office space will loft above the dance floor in the front, and management offices in the back.

Indoor Capacity
Pacific is home to many event centers and venues, with only more to come- The Royal aims to have an indoor seated capacity of over 250! Large events and weddings will now be no problem!
